CCI’s COTTON USA Supply Chain Marketing (SCM) program is the result of 50 years of experience promoting U.S. cotton fiber and products to the trade and consumers throughout the world. We know how to bring buyers and sellers together.
Our trade servicing activities with cotton textile mills have supplied us with in-depth knowledge of cotton processing in Asia, Europe, Latin America and South Asia and a clear understanding of textile mills’ capabilities and product lines.
Further downstream, our COTTON USA Mark licensing program and our sales promotions with major brands and retailers around the world have given us a clear understanding of the needs of buyers who purchase textile, apparel and home fashion product.
With this experience and the needs of cotton product sellers and buyers in mind, we can generate a virtual map of the supply chain for key mills that are current or potential users of U.S. cotton or cotton products, beginning with the spinner and leading through each stage of processing to key retailers in CCI program countries, which include most of the world’s major consumer markets.
We offer the following benefit packages to qualified textile and finished product manufacturers and to brand owners and retailers around the world. Priority for these services will be given to COTTON USA Mark licensees and retail promotion partners.
