COTTON USA & Original Marines: Free Your Imagination

The largest Italian children's wear retailer, Original Marines, chose to promote the use of high quality U.S. cotton in its garments in a new consumer marketing campaign called “#OriginalCotton: Dive Into a World of Cotton and Imagination.”

Garments’ quality, mothers’ satisfaction and kids’ happiness have always been important to Original Marines, and this is reflected in this new advertising campaign with COTTON USA. The campaign airs throughout June on Italian lifestyle websites and online portals – such as Vanityfair.it, Rai.it and Wired.it – with a total of 5.7 million opportunities-to-see. 

In a video, which already has 535,000 views, 10 children between 4 and 8 years old were asked to free their imagination by creating original objects with cotton bolls. The result is an impactful campaign with images and objects that come to life thanks to the children’s creativity. Besides the video, Original Marines also created a dedicated website for this campaign: www.originalcotton.it.
