COTTON USA Promotes U.S. Mills at Apparel Sourcing Show
The COTTON USA Sourcing Program showcased 14 U.S. textile mills at the Apparel Sourcing Show in Guatemala City in an effort to boost business for U.S. cotton in the Western Hemisphere.
Approximately 130 representatives from companies in Central America and the U.S. gathered at the COTTON USA pavilion to learn about the Sourcing Program and its member mills. U.S. mills received additional recognition via the show’s directory, banners and bags given to each attendee.
The U.S. mills that participated in the event were: Alamac American Knits; Antex Knitting Mills; Buhler Quality Yarns, Corp.; Carolina Cotton Works, Inc.; Contempora Fabrics; Frontier Spinning Mills; Hamrick Mills; Keer America; Parkdale; SAS Textiles; Shufford Yarns; Swisstex Direct; Tuscarora Yarns, Inc.; and Zagis USA.
The Apparel Sourcing Show gathered textile and garment executives from 17 countries and had approximately 4,000 visitors.
