COTTON USA Sourcing Program Expands to 16 U.S. Mills
Sixteen U.S. textile mills will participate in the COTTON USA Sourcing Program in 2016. The Sourcing Program is a successful partnership between Cotton Council International (CCI) and a group of U.S. cotton textile manufacturers designed to develop business relationships along the entire cotton textile and apparel supply chain.
CCI has developed relationships with some 700 companies throughout Latin America through private trade events, regional trade shows and personal visits. The first event on the 2016 calendar for the COTTON USA Sourcing Program is Colombiatex, to be held Jan. 26-28 in Medellin, Colombia.
Sourcing Program member mills include: Alamac American Knits; Antex Knitting Mills; Buhler Quality Yarns Corporation; CCW; Contempora Fabrics; Cotswold Industries/Central Textiles; Frontier Spinning Mills; Hamrick Mills; Keer America Corporation; Milliken; Mo Caro Dyeing & Finishing, Inc.; Parkdale; Shuford Yarns; Swisstex Direct; Tuscarora Yarns; and Zagis USA.
