COTTON USA celebrates one year of WHAT’S NEW IN COTTON™ with innovations at Première Vision

Global

WHAT’S NEW IN COTTON™ is returning to where it all began – at Première Vision! Stop by the Cotton Council International (CCI) booth in Hall 6, 6D62 at Première Vision in Paris, France from 19-21 September 2018 to see the latest apparel innovations and technologies that leverage U.S. cotton.

“We are thrilled to commemorate the one-year anniversary of our WHAT’S NEW IN COTTON™ initiative at Première Vision this September,” CCI Executive Director Bruce Atherley said.

“Since introducing the initiative last Fall, we’ve teamed up with more than 12 partners from across the world to present textile innovations that inspire new uses of U.S. cotton.

Past innovations have included workout wear that promotes faster recovery times, all-natural odor control towels and bed linens and a new technology to produce a softer cotton. All these innovations feature U.S. cotton rich fabrics.

“We’re committed to continuing to bring innovation to the forefront of our industry through new ideas and technologies that enhance the entire supply chain,” adds Mr. Atherley.

The innovations at Première Vision will showcase different ways to use U.S. cotton in apparel that benefit consumer demand, while providing global brands and retailers product opportunities that can drive sales growth.
