There are several causes of Neps during the spinning process. To prevent and minimize Neps, technical experts with many years of expertise have analyzed and offered numerous recommendations to assist spinning mills in better regulating Neps, consequently controlling quality and lowering costs. Experts also consult solutions to efficiently employ US cotton in the reduction of Neps.
The Webinar aims to assist spinning mills: (i) in-depth Neps knowledge, (ii) technical and cost comparisons of Neps impact between hand and machine-harvested cotton, (iii) approach new spinning techniques with an ideal combination: new card clothing sets for highest reduction Neps efficiency, (iv) Neps control and treatment experiences at Vietnamese spinning mill, as a result, enterprises may improve their productivity and yarn quality.
The Workshop is within the framework of technical webinars organized periodically by the Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association (VCOSA) and the Cotton Council International (CCI), the 4th Webinar: “Neps and Related Matters” will be held at 14:00, Tuesday, November 09th, 2021.
